Assistant Director of Financial Aid

A company is looking for an Assistant Director, Special Populations in Enrollment & Student Administration, Financial Assistance.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead outreach and counseling efforts for special student populations, providing tailored financial aid guidance

Manage and assess financial aid programs to reduce barriers for underrepresented groups

Analyze financial aid data to identify trends and improve services

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree required

One to three years of experience in a service-oriented position

Working knowledge of federal and state financial aid policies preferred

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
