Cash Application Supervisor

A company is looking for a Cash Application Supervisor to lead their cash application team.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise and mentor the cash application team, ensuring adherence to policies and deadlines

Oversee daily cash application activities and ensure accurate reconciliation of customer payments

Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead automation initiatives

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

3+ years of experience in cash application or accounts receivable, with supervisory experience

Strong understanding of cash management, payment processing, and general ledger accounting

Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel

Experience with automation tools or system implementations is a plus
