Security Officer - Flex Access Logistics

As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and conduct routine patrols to help deter security-related incidents. Your visible presence and exceptional customer service will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment. This position requires driving responsibilities, so a valid driver's license is necessary. Join a team that values integrity, teamwork, and putting people first.

Time : Wed11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
  • Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering or exiting the logistics and distribution location to help to deter unauthorized access.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and surrounding areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
  • Document and report any security-related incidents, irregularities, or suspicious activity according to Allied Universal and client procedures.
  • Communicate with site personnel, visitors, and vendors to provide information and assistance as needed.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement and / or emergency services when required, in accordance with site protocols.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
