Position Overview

Hanna Imports is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Inventory Acquisitions Specialist to help source and acquire high-quality vehicles for our expanding dealership network. In this role, you will evaluate vehicles, build relationships with sellers, and make smart purchasing decisions that directly impact our success. If you thrive in a fast-paced automotive environment and have a strong eye for value, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Source and acquire quality vehicles for dealership inventory

Evaluate vehicles based on condition, market value, and demand

Maintain strong relationships with auction reps, wholesalers, and private sellers

Negotiate purchase prices to maximize profitability

Monitor market trends to ensure competitive inventory selection

Price vehicles using VAuto and current market data

Maintain accurate acquisition records and documentation

Qualifications

Automotive or vehicle acquisitions experience required

Proficiency with VAuto is required

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

High attention to detail with solid judgment in vehicle evaluation

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
