Position : Medical Assistant Job Description : Assist & Observe during vaccination Document as needed Vaccinator must understand how to complete injections Provides complete patient assessment, including vital signs and pre-examination procedures. Gathers and assesses objective and subjective data from the patient. Documents data and assessment in the patients EMR. Assists the provider in all aspects of the consultation, treatment, procedure and follow-up care. Patient health counseling and instruction, including meeting with families and caregivers.
