Responsibilities

Lead creative digital marketing efforts across social media, email, and influencer partnerships

Develop, design, and post compelling content that inspires engagement and action

Write press releases and impactful stories that amplify the organization’s mission

Manage and grow all social media accounts—organic posts, reels, stories, and campaigns

Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with organizational goals

Design stunning visuals using Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud

Execute email marketing campaigns using Constant Contact and track performance metrics

Keep the website fresh and engaging with timely content updates

Stay ahead of social trends to keep campaigns relevant and effective

Collaborate with internal teams to support ongoing marketing initiatives

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, Microsoft 365, and social scheduling tools

Experience with Google Analytics and web content management systems

Exceptional creativity, organization, and storytelling ability
