Job Responsibilities

• Design Individualized Treatment Plans : Assess patients' requirements and create tailored therapy strategies aimed at achieving their daily living and functional goals.
• Implement Evidence-Based Practices : Engaging in therapeutic exercises to improve clients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and everyday activities.
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams : Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to guarantee a comprehensive and holistic approach to patient care.
• Educate Patients and Families : Provide insights and instruction to patients and their loved ones on therapy techniques that encourage progress at home.
