Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following :
Competencies
Ability to work independently and efficiently to manage workflow through the department.
Education and / or Experience
High school diploma and two years' experience desired in computer hardware and troubleshooting.
Language Skills
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, consumers, customers, and the general public.
Computer Skills
Extensive knowledge and skills in computer hardware, Windows OS, Linux, Mac, troubleshooting, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Other Skills and Abilities
Bilingual skills a plus.
Other Qualifications
Must be focused and work well without close supervision, strong attention to detail, and the ability to connect with a wide variety of customers.
