Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork and ensure a smooth application process. Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and ongoing support. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide up-to-date information to clients. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the agency. Proven experience in the life insurance industry. Strong knowledge of various life insurance products and underwriting processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others. Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
