Your Responsibilities :

Provide direct daily care to residents based on individual care plans

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, mobility, and meals

Observe and report any changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse promptly

Report any incidents or accidents during your shift

Protect residents' privacy by maintaining confidentiality of health information

Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in resident areas

Work within a 4-on, 2-off rotation schedule

Requirements :

Valid California CNA license (required)

Must pass pre-employment background check and physical

Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members

A caring and dependable attitude

Must be able to work full-time on a 4-2 rotation schedule

Available for AM, PM, or NOC shifts
