Speech-Language Pathologist (New Grads Accepted)

Location : Conyers, GA

Job Type : Full-time

Shifts : Monday-Friday (9 : 30 am - 5 : 30 pm)

Setting : Outpatient clinic

Job Description :

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our pediatric therapy team in Conyers, GA. The SLP will provide evaluation and treatment services to children with speech, language, communication, and feeding / swallowing disorders in an engaging and supportive clinical environment.

Responsibilities :

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive-communication, and feeding evaluations.

Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's unique needs.

Provide direct therapy for children with articulation disorders, expressive / receptive language delays, fluency disorders, voice issues, pragmatic language challenges, and other communication needs.

Treat pediatric patients with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, sensory-processing disorders, and medically complex conditions (as applicable).

Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans.

Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other therapy team members (OT / PT / BCBA) to ensure coordinated care.

Educate families on home programs and strategies to support continued progress.

Participate in team meetings, staff trainings, and continuing education activities.

Qualifications :

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Active Georgia SLP license (or eligibility to obtain).

CCC-SLP preferred; CFYs with strong pediatric experience are welcome.

Pediatric clinical experience required (clinic, school, or early intervention).

Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.

Passion for working with children and families.
