A company is looking for a Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding support to existing clients via phone and help desk software
Respond quickly and accurately to customer-submitted tickets
Assist clients with system functionality and maintain accurate documentation of interactions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain / Logistics Management, or equivalent experience
Experience with Freight Brokering, Trucking, or Logistics is essential
2+ years of experience in customer support is a plus
Experience with supporting SaaS Transportation Management (TMS) platforms
Willingness to participate in after-hours On-Call Rotation for critical issues
