Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Ready to start a career in tech sales with real impact? Our employer partner is a fast-growing SaaS company building modern technology that helps organizations make smarter, data-driven decisions in highly regulated and complex environments.

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll play a critical role in driving top-of-funnel growth by connecting with decision-makers, uncovering challenges, and scheduling high-quality product demos for the sales team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is curious, driven, and excited to learn consultative selling in a mission-driven tech environment.

This is a hybrid role based in Austin, TX , with an in-office expectation of three days per week .

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support 1–2 Account Executives by prospecting and scheduling qualified product demos
  • Engage prospective customers through outbound calls, emails, and sequences
  • Build familiarity with the company's platform and how it solves real-world operational challenges
  • Execute outreach campaigns independently and in partnership with sales leadership
  • Maintain a high level of daily activity, including consistent call volume and follow-up
  • Build rapport quickly with prospects and guide conversations toward next steps
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly goals for meetings booked and qualified opportunities
  • Who You Are

  • Early in your sales career (0–2 years experience) or eager to break into tech sales
  • Comfortable speaking with professionals and decision-makers
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Coach-able, motivated, and open to feedback
  • Persistent, organized, and resilient in outbound outreach
  • Curious about how technology can solve complex business or operational problems
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus, but not required
  • Minimum Requirements

  • Based in or near Austin, TX with availability to work hybrid (3 days in office)
  • Full-time availability
  • Strong communication skills and interest in sales or technology
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
