As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll play a critical role in driving top-of-funnel growth by connecting with decision-makers, uncovering challenges, and scheduling high-quality product demos for the sales team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is curious, driven, and excited to learn consultative selling in a mission-driven tech environment.
This is a hybrid role based in Austin, TX , with an in-office expectation of three days per week .

What You'll Be Doing
Support 1–2 Account Executives by prospecting and scheduling qualified product demosEngage prospective customers through outbound calls, emails, and sequencesBuild familiarity with the company's platform and how it solves real-world operational challengesExecute outreach campaigns independently and in partnership with sales leadershipMaintain a high level of daily activity, including consistent call volume and follow-upBuild rapport quickly with prospects and guide conversations toward next stepsConsistently meet or exceed monthly goals for meetings booked and qualified opportunitiesWho You Are
Early in your sales career (0–2 years experience) or eager to break into tech salesComfortable speaking with professionals and decision-makersClear, confident communicator with strong written and verbal skillsCoach-able, motivated, and open to feedbackPersistent, organized, and resilient in outbound outreachCurious about how technology can solve complex business or operational problemsCRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus, but not requiredMinimum Requirements
