Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Recruitment Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you'll support a seamless and high-quality experience for both candidates and interviewers across our North American hiring efforts. Ideal candidates bring 23 years of experience in recruitment coordination, scheduling, and candidate experience supportalong with a proactive mindset and strong communication skills.

Key responsibilities include :

• Coordinate and schedule a combination of virtual and in-person interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth and timely process for all stakeholders
• Manage logistics for onsite interviews in San Mateo office, including video conferencing setup, assessment coordination, and interviewer preparation
• Collaborate closely with recruiters, sourcers, and hiring managers to keep hiring timelines on track
• Maintain data accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and our Interview Ticket Management System, and generate reports as needed
• Partner with the TA Ops and People teams on onboarding handoffs and process improvements
• Support employer branding and hiring events (virtual and in-person), as needed

Additional Information

This is a contract role with potential for future conversion to full-time. We are targeting an hourly rate of $25-45 / hr.

We will require this person to be in the office 3 days per week (Tue-Thur)

Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level.
