What Are We Looking For?
InSynch Health is growing, and we're excited to offer a full-time, in-person opportunity for a compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner to join our inpatient psychiatric care team. We are seeking an experienced NP with a proven background in inpatient psychiatric and/or behavioral health settings. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to fostering a supportive environment that promotes crisis resolution, self-awareness, and personal growth. Spanish-speaking providers are strongly preferred, as we strive to better serve our diverse patient population. • Manage an average caseload of 20-25 patients per day, providing thorough psychiatric evaluations and ongoing treatment.
• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Deliver care within our state-of-the-art inpatient psychiatric hospital, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for all patients.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (to better serve our diverse patient population)

• Receive exceptional guidance and support from experienced Psychiatrists.
• Starting salary $140k - $180k for the first year, with potential for significant salary increases in the second year.
