Responsible for coordinating the development, launch and management of all Service products or offerings for strategic semi OEMs. Supports the sales channel with pricing and collateral. Contributes to the development and implementation of OEM service related programs. Primary customer point of contact in the aftermarket space. Manages day to day relationship with, and needs of customer for all service related initiatives. Manages / facilitates critical customer escalations as necessary. Works successfully under limited supervision.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Drives the tactical development and launch of all worldwide OEM Service Products in conjunction with Sales, Quality, Product Marketing, Product Engineering, Finance, Marketing Communications and Legal.
- Manages the program launch schedule and communicate internally as necessary.
- Tracks and reports sales results for specific Service Products on a regular basis, as well as worldwide OEM repair volume and trends.
- Responsible for pricing schedules and related gross margins for Strategic OEM Service Products on a regular basis.
- Supports Sr Commercial Manager with development of OEM aftermarket strategies.
- Supports Customer Advocate with day to day management of OEM procurement teams.
- Run the interaction with OEM, revolving around repair turnaround time, interfacing directly with the customer and Fort Collins Service team to drive meeting demand and resolution of issues.
- Manages overall day-to-day tactical relationship between OEM customers and AE, ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provides initial level of technical support at accounts and arranges for advanced levels of support from service, applications, engineering, marketing, etc. as needed.
- Manages / facilitates critical customer escalations related to service, as necessary.
- Supports sales organization to develop OEM aftermarket service forecasts in accordance with AE processes and procedures.
- Provides support as needed to internal functional organizations to ensure rapid response to opportunities and effective solutions to customer issues at accounts.
- Responsible for reporting / presentations for regular (monthly / quarterly) business reviews.
- Performs other duties as requested.

BS in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or Engineering disciplines, or equivalent education and / or experience.COMPENSATION :
As required by multiple state pay transparency laws, Advanced Energy provides a reasonable range of compensation for each job posting. Actual compensation is influenced by an array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of starting pay for this role is $55,000 to $105,000 per year.
