Schedule : Full-Time / Part-Time / All Shifts Available

We are a compassionate resident-focused Skilled Nursing Facility located in Blue Ash Ohio. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional care and creating a positive supportive environment for both residents and staff. We are currently seeking a reliable and caring STNA to join our growing team.

Responsibilities :

Provide high-quality hands-on care to residents in accordance with their care plans

Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing dressing grooming toileting and mobility

Take and record vital signs report changes in condition

Support residents emotional well-being and promote dignity and independence

Maintain accurate documentation and follow all facility and state guidelines

Work collaboratively with nurses and other care team members to ensure outstanding resident care

Qualifications :

Active Ohio STNA certification (required)

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Genuine compassion for seniors and individuals needing skilled nursing care

Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
