Job Title : Tax Manager

Location : Hybrid west of Chicago IL

Salary : 130k-150k + Annual Bonuses + Full Benefits + PTO + Profit Sharing

Requirements : CPA

We are a full-service CPA Firm based in the Chicago IL Area and have been in business for over 30 years. Hiring for hybrid Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager role that will soon turn into a director role really quickly!

We focus on strategic planning with our clients, as well as the compliance side.

We're a fast growing, full-service business advisory, tax, and accounting firm based in Chicago IL providing services to businesses located throughout the United States and internationally. We are looking for a Tax Director who is experienced in overseeing tax engagements from start to finish including budgeting, staffing, planning, production, first-level or final review, total work quality, and profitability.

What You Need for this Position

Required :

  • Must have CPA or EA
  • Minimum 5+ years in Public Accounting / OR Wealth Management
  • At least 2+ years at the manager level
  • Experience having several direct reports / leading a small team.

Preferred :

International experience is a huge plus!
