This role is supported by advanced practice providers and designed for collaborative, patient-centered care. Position Highlights

Established, loyal patient base

Full scope of outpatient clinical care no inpatient rounding

NP and PA support provided

Practice site qualifies for the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) loan repayment program

Shared call schedule with other physicians

U.S. medical degree or equivalent

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine

Completion of an ACGME-approved residency

Must have (or be eligible for) unrestricted Michigan medical license and Controlled Substance License Reason for Recruitment
