Overview

Mako client is seeking a Senior SAP Integration Developer with deep expertise in SAP Process Orchestration (PO / PI) and strong working knowledge of the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Integration Suite. This is a PO-heavy role focused on leading complex on-premise integrations while also contributing to hybrid initiatives leveraging BTP services such as Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh, and Connectivity Service. A key focus will be on delivering and supporting SAP S / 4HANA to SAP Commerce Cloud integrations, while enabling hybrid models that bridge traditional PO / PI with modern BTP-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and support of integration scenarios using SAP PO / PI (adapters, mappings, monitoring, configuration).
• Drive integrations between SAP S / 4HANA and SAP Commerce Cloud (required).
• Support and enhance hybrid integration models that combine on-premise SAP PO / PI with BTP Integration Suite.
• Contribute to BTP-related workstreams, including Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh, and Connectivity Service.
• Support migration and transformation projects moving legacy PO integrations into hybrid / cloud-enabled architectures.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and ensure performance, scalability, and security across all integration flows.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to capture requirements and translate them into robust integration designs.
• Develop and maintain standards, documentation, and reusable integration components.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to client and internal teams.
