Nice to have Experience with hospital systems clinical programs or largescale pilots ; nonprofit program ops; hospitality or realestate project work. Comfort working with counsel on compliance and communications. Medical dental and vision insurance (Kaiser HMO or BlueShield PPO. Description
CSBio is a peptide contract manufacturing founded in 1993. Our initial products were a complete line of automated synthesizers for manufacturing and process development with a focus on cGMP 1994 we opened our custom peptide facility and began producing high quality compounds for research organizations and pharmaceutical companies 2004 we opened our peptide production facility in Menlo Park CA and in 2014 we expanded our production capability through the addition of a new state of the art building dedicated to cGMP peptide 2017 we passed a FDA inspection and were recommended to be approved for commercial drug substance 2023 we added additional cGMP clinical production capacity in Milpitas 2025 we are expanding into Montana as a result of SB535.

A highvelocity founder with multiple ventures needs a switchhitting operator who can turn on / off across businesses translate ideas into plans and keep execution tight. Youll be the portfolio PMO a forcemultiplier who thrives in ambiguity and high tempo.
What youll own
- Portfolio switchboard : Stand up the operating rhythm (weekly priorities risk logs decision memos) and drive outcomes across a small set of live initiatives in healthcare a Montanabased biotech effort a Bay Area nonprofit hospitality real estate and a longterm publicservice objective.
- Project management : Convert strategy to roadmaps owners dates and dashboards. Unblock fast; escalate early.
- Founder interface : Work directly with the founderanticipate needs filter noise and push back respectfully when plans or scope drift.
- Vendors & partners : Source brief and manage agencies law / finance partners and vendors; track deliverables and SLAs.
- Confidentiality : Handle sensitive information with discretion; manage communications cadence (internal / external).
