We are looking for a skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will focus on ensuring quality and compliance in consumer investigations, with an emphasis on identifying risk and suspicious activity. This is a long-term contract position that offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in financial crimes and quality assurance while contributing to the overall improvement of investigative processes.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews of consumer investigations to verify adherence to established procedures.
• Analyze transaction patterns such as cash-intensive activity, peer-to-peer transfers, card usage, and personal wires to identify potential risks.
• Ensure suspicious activity and red flags are accurately documented and appropriately categorized.
• Differentiate between normal consumer behavior and potentially fraudulent activity, including structuring, funnel accounts, and money mule operations.
• Offer constructive feedback to investigators to enhance the quality and effectiveness of their work.
• Collaborate with team members to implement best practices for transaction monitoring and risk assessment.
• Evaluate findings related to high-risk transactional behaviors and provide recommendations for further actions.
• Assist in refining processes to improve the overall quality and accuracy of investigations.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in financial crimes, fraud investigation, or quality assurance roles.
• A bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• Strong understanding of transaction monitoring typologies and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to identify consumer transactional red flags and high-risk behaviors.
• Excellent analytical skills paired with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to convey findings and recommendations clearly.
• Familiarity with credit analysis and collections processes is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
