MLR is seeking a skilled and compassionate Sonographer to join a dynamic Ultrasound team in Southeast New Jersey. In this role, you will perform diagnostic ultrasound exams to support the diagnosis and management of various medical conditions. The position requires expertise in ultrasound technology, a patient-centered approach, and effective collaboration within a healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnostic Imaging: Perform a range of ultrasound procedures, including abdominal, pelvic, obstetric, gynecological, and vascular studies, to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
• Patient Care: Prepare and position patients for ultrasound exams, ensuring their comfort and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Image Acquisition: Operate ultrasound equipment to capture clear and accurate images, adjusting settings as necessary to optimize diagnostic information.
• Results Analysis: Review ultrasound images, provide preliminary findings to the attending physician, and accurately document results and patient information.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to discuss imaging results and contribute to patient care planning.

Qualifications:

• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) certification required.
• An Associate's Degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography
• Experience as a Medical Ultrasound Sonographer preferred.
