Material Handler Scanner Tech

Location : San Jose, CA

Pay Rate : $20 / HR M-F 3 : 30PM- 12AM (Swing Shift)

Job Summary : We are seeking detail-oriented Material Handlers with Scanner Tech expertise, strong Excel and data entry skills, and a commitment to quality control. The successful candidate will support production activities related to document scanning and ensure accuracy throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prep documents for scanning (remove staples, organize papers, place in order)
• Operate scanning equipment for both large and small format documents
• Conduct quality control checks on scanned documents
• Use cutters and related equipment safely and efficiently
• Enter data accurately and maintain proper documentation
• Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain daily, consistent attendance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and co-workers
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
