A company is looking for an Automotive Service Center Support Tech Tier 1.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to service centers for installation and equipment issues
Receive and respond to calls and emails for technical assistance
Document service center inquiries and provide administrative support for troubleshooting
Required Qualifications and Education
High School Diploma or GED required; automotive or electrical certification recommended
At least one year of hands-on experience with 12-volt electrical systems
Expertise in installation and servicing automotive alarm or remote start systems preferred
Experience with critical thinking and conflict resolution
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
