As a Program Manager, Data Literacy, you will Design and lead enterprise-wide data literacy programs , enabling partners to confidently use data and analytics in their daily work. Develop and deliver training programs and learning curricula focused on data governance, analytics tools, and best practices to improve data fluency across the organization. Create communication strategies and change management plans to drive adoption of data-driven practices and foster a culture of curiosity and learning. Partner with business and technology teams to embed data literacy into onboarding and role-based learning, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities. Measure program success through engagement metrics and feedback loops , continuously improving offerings to meet evolving business needs. Advocate for data governance and cataloging practices , helping partners understand the value of metadata, classification, and stewardship. Stakeholder engagement & influence , engaging with stakeholders and senior leaders to champion data literacy as a strategic priority. We'd love to hear from people with : 5 years of experience in program or project management within technology, data, or analytics environments. Experience designing and delivering training or enablement programs for technical and business audiences. Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, and analytics platforms (e.g., Databricks, Collibra, Azure). Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive cultural change initiatives. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences. Preferred Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PgMP) or Agile / Scrum. Familiarity with change management frameworks and adult learning principles. Leadership and Communication : Leads by example with confidence, a positive attitude, patience, honesty, integrity, and a strong sense of commitment. Ability to read the room,' navigate program and project engagements efficiently and effectively. Skilled in engaging in difficult conversations that result in positive, actionable outcomes.
