David Williams Farmers Insurance Agency in Moline, IL is hiring Insurance Service & Sales Representatives to join our growing team!

Our insurance agency is located in Moline, IL and were up to big things! We provide Auto, Home, Business and Life insurance to help protect our clients, and their assets. If you want to be a part of a winning and competitive culture, then this may be the career for you!

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for the Insurance Service & Sales Representative :

  • Communicating with customers
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations and help clients buy
  • Establish client relationships and follow up with clients consistently
  • Understanding customers needs and identifying sales opportunities
  • Maintaining and updating our databases
  • Explaining and demonstrating the benefits of our services
  • Ability to achieve high customer satisfaction
  • Having a ton of fun while being part of a competitive team

    • Requirement

    Qualifications for the Insurance Sales & Service Representative :

  • Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus
  • Insurance experience is preferred, but not required
  • Property / casualty Insurance license (we will help you get it)
  • Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethics
  • General computer and typing skills
  • Must be coachable
  • Excellent communication skills : written, verbal and listening
  • Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be motivated and determined
