Position Overview

The Union Payroll Specialist will be responsible for processing and managing union payroll in compliance with collective bargaining agreements and applicable regulations. This role is critical to ensuring accurate and timely payroll for union employees across multiple job sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Process weekly union payroll in accordance with union contracts and company policies.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and union regulations.
• Coordinate with HR and project managers to verify hours, rates, and deductions.
• Prepare and submit union reports and payments to appropriate agencies.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries.
