Administrative Operations Associate

Description

AppleOne is assisting a client located in Clearwater that is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Operations Associate to support their operations team. This role is ideal for someone with the ability to handle multiple priorities, and an interest in working in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate processing of documents and basic financial transactions while maintaining compliance and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Pull completed forms from the vendor’s website and upload them for service request processing
• Move completed documents into designated folders for record-keeping.
• Create and manage service requests for tracking purposes.
• Support the processing of service requests across various operational departments, including but not limited to basic money movement transactions and account maintenance activities.
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to the development and implementation of operational improvements.
