A company is looking for an Outreach Specialist, CACP (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound and inbound calls to educate patients about Advanced Care Planning and schedule appointments
Address patient concerns and objections regarding Advanced Care Planning
Maintain HIPAA compliance and achieve performance metrics related to call volume and conversion rates
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
2 years of experience in healthcare, including 1 year in telephonic patient outreach, customer service, or sales
Regular and predictable attendance
Ability to work flexible shifts within business hours of 8 AM - 8 PM EST, Monday through Saturday
Proficient computer skills and access to reliable high-speed internet connection
