• Clinic and call coverage ongoing need
• Average 40 - 45 deliveries per month
• Deliveries and C-sections required
• NRP, ACLS, and BLS certifications required
• Cesarean section rate estimated at 25 - 30%
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
