We are recruiting for the following position :

• Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organization Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor - Posting #25768 Salary Range : $70,000 - $75,000  Position Summary : Full-Time Clinical Supervisor position available immediately for our outpatient Behavioral Health Department in Tumwater, WA.
• The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supervision of clinical staff; intern supervision; training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; assisting Program Manager with hiring and staff evaluations; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; contract compliance; carrying a small case load of clients to provide direct care; and other duties as needed.

This position is currently eligible for a monthly retention incentive for every hour worked in addition to the base pay rate.  Duties and Responsibilities :
