Job Overview

Supports the development and implementation of a continuous quality management and improvement program across perioperative services and within the broader Children's Hospital Colorado (CHCO) care delivery system. Leads and evaluates quality improvement initiatives through data analysis and evidence-based interventions to enhance patient and family outcomes. Collaborates with clinical staff, quality committees, nursing leadership, and multidisciplinary partners to identify best practices, address barriers, and promote a culture of quality and patient safety.

Department Name : Perioperative Services

Job Status : part time, 24 hours per week, eligible for benefits

Shift : three 8-hour shifts per week (days of the week will vary based on department needs). NO weekends, holidays, or off-shifts required.

• This position will support our Anschutz Campus

This position is eligible for relocation assistance, if relocating from 100 miles or greater.

Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

Education : Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Experience : Four (4) years of clinical nursing experience, including a minimum of one (1) years in perioperative nursing or surgical quality / registry work required. Perianesthsia nurses welcome to apply as well.

Certification(s) :

Licensure(s) : Current Registered Nurse (RN) license

Salary Information

Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

Hourly Range : $40.26 to $60.39
