Production Operator - $19.00 to $22.00/hour

Full-Time | Day & Night Shifts | Industrial Facility | Team-Oriented Culture

We're looking for reliable and skilled Production Operators to support large-scale manufacturing operations. If you're detail-focused, dependable, and enjoy fast-paced work, this is your chance to join a stable, long-term opportunity.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate machines on the production floor per SOPs

  • Monitor operations and adjust equipment as needed

  • Perform visual inspections and quality checks

  • Complete production logs and inventory updates

  • Collaborate with team leads to meet daily output goals

  • Follow all safety and PPE standards

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a production or warehouse role

  • Mechanically inclined and able to use basic tools

  • Comfortable lifting, standing, and working on a fast-paced line

  • Dependable, communicative, and team-focused
