LTCE positions are funded by grants or other designated funds and are limited to the duration of the funding source. Regular employees have the right to apply for an LTCE position. LTCE employees serve on an at?will basis.
About the Position
The Air District is seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Power Platform to join the Enterprise Technology Solutions Division. In this role you will collaborate with IT and cross?functional teams to design, implement, and maintain innovative Power Platform solutions. Responsibilities include defining and documenting business requirements, developing Power Apps and Power Automate workflows, integrating secure and efficient data connections using Dataverse and other sources, and creating insightful dashboards and reports with Power BI. As a technical leader you will ensure accuracy, timely delivery, and ongoing maintenance of applications that optimize processes, improve data integrity, and enable informed decision?making.
This position requires a strong customer focus, the ability to understand unique business needs, deliver user?friendly solutions, and ensure seamless implementation in support of the Air District's mission.

Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience :
Education equivalent to a four?year college or university graduation with major coursework in computer science, mathematics, or a closely related field and at least two years of experience in systems design and analysis, systems programming, network and systems administration, and / or data and voice communications.
