Job DescriptionJob Description

We are looking for a motivated EH&S Coordinator to join our team in Cedar Rapids, IA. In this role, you’ll partner with site leadership to promote a safe work environment, ensure compliance with OSHA standards, and support a culture where safety is a top priority. The ideal candidate has a solid background in construction safety, understands the electrical industry, and is comfortable working both in the field and alongside management.

Pay :

Coordinator Level I :   $25-34 / hr

Coordinator Level II :   $35-44 / hr

Job Responsibilities :

• Inspect jobsites, tools, and equipment to identify hazards and ensure compliance with OSHA, company, and GC / Owner requirements
• Support and lead incident investigations for employee injuries, illnesses, property damage, and vehicle accidents
• Conduct and facilitate safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and ongoing education for employees and supervisors
• Recommend safe work processes and demonstrate proper use of PPE
• Verify that tools, machinery, and protective equipment are maintained, functional, and safe for use
• Promote safety awareness and a strong culture of accountability across teams
