They are able to initiate conversations and connect with customers by communicating in a genuine and articulate way, ensuring the customer is always the first priority. They demonstrate relatable, confident, and highly social behaviors on the sales floor that translate into closing sales.

The starting rate for this position is $17.25 per hour (i.e., the recruiting pay range for this position is $17.25 - $17.25 per hour). The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
