Account maintenance and communication with overseas offices to ensure international and customer expectations are met. Team player with a positive attitude, individual initiative and good communication skills is a must. Follow Falcon Logistics Global given procedures and processes well. Operation 1 years or above 1 years or above High School Graduate / Bachelor's Degree Preferred Must have SSN and legal status to work in USA (not accepting OPT at this time) $3500 - $4250 / Month (Subject to past experience, working history, and performance, negotiable) Yearly Bonus and Project Bonus available (Subject to performance) Medical / Dental / Vision Insurance, PTO & Sick Leaves available after 3 months probationary period
Core Required Skills and Competencies :
- Multilingual is a plus
- Good at customer service and communication skills by email and phone.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- The ability to learn quickly and work efficiently as productivity goals must be met.
- Good organizational skills as this position requires working with multiple departments and following up with clients and other related parties.
