Assists with the planning, communication, and execution of student retention initiatives and programs within the Student Life & Leadership Department based at the Williams Campus. As part of the Williams Team, care for the Coyote Cupboard and Bridget Hall Lounge are part of daily duties, as well as customer service as it relates to the Information Desk.
Essential Functions
- 30% - Provides support for Student Life programs and activities with outreach, set up, take down, and hosting of events. Provides information resource referrals; provides information and assistance regarding programs to students, faculty, staff, and third-party support agencies.
- 25% - Prepares, designs, and maintains correspondence, presentations, program materials, and documentation regarding retention program participation and outcomes. Those programs include, but are not limited to : Coyote Cupboard; Campus Experiences; and targeted programs.
- 20% - Upholds a Community of Care by monitoring and caring for Bridget Hall Lounge and Higley Room spaces; building community by shepherding students, staff, faculty, and community members to campus resources.
- 15% - Promotes Communication and Connection through updating of bulletin boards, creation of flyers, and slide show content related to Student Life and Leadership and specific retention programs.
- 10% - Performs other duties as assigned
