A company is looking for an ALTA Project Coordinator to provide technical and administrative support to field and operations staff.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate contract administration, purchase orders, and change orders
Set up projects in digital platforms and track project progress to ensure timely delivery
Assist with vendor recruitment and onboarding while maintaining compliance and communication with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required; some college preferred
Minimum of two years of administrative experience
Proficiency in operating a computer and knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and project management software
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret project documents and governmental regulations
Must have a cell phone and supply your own internet service
