Location- Phoenix, AZ - Hybrid role in AZ onsite Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday

Introduction

Join our team in a dynamic role where you will be an integral part of our payroll operations. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a supportive and inclusive work environment while developing your skills in payroll processing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Applicants must be able to work directly for the company on W2.
  • Some payroll experience is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent with 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in payroll.
  • Experience with computerized payroll systems.
  • Familiarity with federal, state, and local tax payments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Input data from time sheets, production records, or individual time cards into the payroll system.
  • Balance payroll runs and produce necessary tax payments.
  • Answer employee questions and provide support for payroll-related inquiries.
