Registered Nurse – Critical Care / ICU\n\nShift : Nights – 3x12-hour shifts (19 : 00–07 : 00)\nLocation : [Facility Name], California\nDuration : [Insert Contract Length]\n\nPosition Summary : \n\nThe Critical Care Registered Nurse (ICU RN) is responsible for providing safe, high-quality patient care to intensive care patients using the nursing process in compliance with the California Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. The RN demonstrates strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and leadership in planning and delivering care. This role involves anticipating patient needs, maintaining competency through continuing education, and guiding support staff to ensure effective patient outcomes.\n\nRequirements : \n\nLicenses & Certifications : \n\nActive California RN License (Required)\n\nBLS and ACLS (Required)\n\nNIHSS (Required)\n\nPreferred : IABP, Impella, PIRRT experience or certification\n\nExperience : \n\nMinimum 3 years of recent ICU experience required\n\nTravel experience required\n\nFloating : \n\nMay float to Telemetry units based on hospital needs and ICU census\n\nSchedule : \n\nNight Shift : 19 : 00–07 : 00\n\nEvery Other Weekend required\n\nOn-call as needed, depending on census
