Key Responsibilities
Containerization & Modular Delivery Leadership
- Define and lead Delta's North American strategy for containerized and prefabricated modular data center delivery, with a focus on power-centric integration.
- Serve as the executive owner for integration and delivery execution, ensuring modular solutions meet schedule, cost, quality, and performance objectives.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical, integration, and deployment challenges.
Integration & Solution Ownership
Oversee the design, system integration, and validation of modular power solutions, including UPS, battery energy storage, PDUs, switchgear, and control systems within containerized and skid-based platforms.Ensure seamless integration with Delta's cooling, monitoring, controls, and DCIM solutions.Drive standardization, modularization, and repeatability across containerized product platforms.Project Execution & Deployment
Direct planning, manufacturing coordination, factory acceptance testing (FAT), site acceptance testing (SAT), and field deployment of modular data center solutions.Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards (UL, NEC, IEEE, NFPA, TIA-942, Uptime).Partner with supply chain and manufacturing teams to optimize build quality, lead times, and scalability.Customer & Partner Engagement
Support sales and business development teams in customer engagements, technical reviews, and RFP responses related to modular and containerized solutions.Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, engineering firms, EPCs, and integration partners.Align delivery capabilities with customer expectations across enterprise, edge, colocation, and hyperscale deployments.Team & Cross-Functional Leadership
Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team including project managers, solution architects, solution managers, and integration & delivery engineers.Collaborate closely with global R&D, quality, manufacturing, and product management teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.Establish best practices for modular execution, documentation, and lifecycle support.Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.10+ years of experience in data center infrastructure or power systems, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.Strong expertise in UPS, PDUs, battery systems, and mission-critical power infrastructure.Proven experience delivering containerized, prefabricated, or modular data center solutions.Deep understanding of North American electrical and data center standards (UL, NEC, IEEE, NFPA 70E, TIA-942, Uptime).Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-site integration and deployment programs.Strong leadership, communication, and customer-facing capabilities.Willingness to travel up to 30% within North America.Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting hyperscale or colocation data center operators in North America.Knowledge of lithium-ion battery systems, flywheel UPS, or modular switchgear.Prior leadership in edge data center, containerized, or skid-based infrastructure projects.Familiarity with DCIM platforms, digital twins, or advanced monitoring systems.Benefit at Delta Electronics Americas
