Health Statistical Analyst

A company is looking for a Health Statistical Analyst who applies advanced analytical methods to evaluate healthcare utilization and improve health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Support HEDIS and NCQA accreditation activities, ensuring data accuracy and audit readiness

Develop reports and dashboards to communicate analytic findings and health outcomes trends

Collaborate with stakeholders to shape recommendations and support population health initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, statistics, or data analytics

At least 3 years of analytics experience in healthcare quality improvement

Experience with healthcare data systems and data visualization platforms

Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL for data analysis

Familiarity with statistical analysis methods and data processing concepts
