Charge nurse or equivalent management experience required. License : Current Registered Nurse license. Certifications : Current CPR. Must-Have : - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) must be obtained within three years of employment. - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in directing and guiding personnel. Description : Provides overall direction and general administration of the hospital in coordination with or in the absence of hospital administration personnel. Issues addressed typically involve public relations, safety, risk prevention, patient satisfaction, staff satisfaction, physician satisfaction, and protection of physical assets.
