Pediatric Dentist Opportunity - High Earnings & Flexible Schedule!

Must be able to travel between both Wyckoff and Teaneck Practices

PDS Management Services is looking for talented and passionate FT / PT Pediatric Dentists to join our growing team in the Northeast! We have immediate openings with a thriving patient base and experienced support staff.

Why Join Us?

Full-Time Sign on Bonus : $4,000-$10,000

Part-Time Sign on Bonus : $2,800-$6,000

• _ Bonus amount varies based on location and specialty. _

Payment Schedule [(after start date of referred dentist)] :

✅ 30 Days : 25% of the bonus

✅ 90 Days : 50% of the bonus

✅ 180 Days : 25% of the bonus

✅ Consistently earn up to $1,300 per day based on our high-demand patient volume and your work experience

Your Role & Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive dental exams and provide quality care to pediatric patients

Educate children and parents on oral hygiene and preventive care

Perform essential procedures, including fillings, extractions, crowns, and more

Maintain accurate records and ensure HIPAA compliance

Work collaboratively with a dedicated dental team to provide top-tier care

Utilize organizational skills to manage appointments and treatment plans efficiently
