Aqua-Tots Swim Schools is the world's largest internationally franchised swim school, setting the standard for excellence in swim education and water safety. POSITION

Aqua-Tots Swim Schools Hoover is actively seeking part-time swim instructors to join our dynamic team. We are in search of individuals who embrace the values of fun, friendliness, and an unbridled passion for teaching children. As a valued member of our team, you will thrive in our collaborative and supportive environment, fostering relationships with students and parents alike. In this part-time role, you have the flexibility to balance your commitments while contributing to the well-being of our community.

No Experience? No Problem!

At Aqua-Tots, we believe in your potential. Our instructors receive comprehensive paid training and in-house certification for our proprietary curriculum. No prior experience is required; we will invest in your success.

Flexible Shifts

Enjoy the convenience of morning and after-school shifts that work seamlessly with your school and extracurricular activities. We value your time, ensuring that lessons conclude by 7 : 30 p.m. on weekdays and 12 : 00 p.m. on Saturdays. Sundays are designated as a day of rest we're closed!

KEY TRAITS

  • Minimum age requirement : 16 years old
  • Ability to consistently commit to working at least three (3) shifts per week (with a minimum of 4 hours per shift).

    • RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prioritize safety in and around the pool at all times.
  • Master Aqua-Tots curriculum standards and maintain lesson quality.
  • Effectively communicate with parents regarding student progression.
  • Attend monthly in-service training and team building events.
