Job Description

We are looking for a Manager, Ad Sales Finance to join our Ad Sales Finance team. This role will manage headcount planning, forecasting, and reporting across the ad sales organization. You'll partner closely with HR and business leads to align the staffing needs and costs.

Analysis & Daily Operations

• Partner with HR and Sales leadership to manage position control, backfill requests, and organizational changes
• Maintain accurate headcount data and labor related costs in the financial system
• Build and automate headcount reporting and dashboards for business lead reporting

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate / range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $102,000.00-120,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical / dental / vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
