Pay Rate : $17–$26 / hr (based on experience)

Schedule : 60–80 Hours / Week | Day & Night Shift Available

Duration : 4–6 Months (Phase 3) with Potential to Extend 1.5+ Years

About the Opportunity

Fritz Staffing Group is seeking Helper and Apprentice Electricians with at least 2 years of electrical experience to support a major Data Center build. Phase 3 is anticipated to run 4–6 months , with strong potential to remain on the project for 1.5+ years for dependable workers. This is fast-paced industrial work with major overtime potential.

Job Scope & Responsibilities

Candidates will support Journeyman and Foreman Electricians with tasks including :

Assisting with installation of ¾” to 4” EMT

Helping bend conduit using hand benders, one-shots, and triple nickel (555) benders

Assisting with cable tray installations

Pulling wires ranging from 12 AWG to 500 kcmil

Assisting with wire terminations (under supervision)

Operating boom lifts and scissor lifts safely (if certified)

Drilling into concrete for cable tray supports

Assisting with bus duct installation

Rack installation using angle iron and all-thread rod

Setting termination and pull point boxes

Using basic hand and power tools

General material handling and jobsite organization

Hours & Schedule

60–80 hours per week

Current schedule : 5×12s + 8 hours on Saturday

May shift to 7×12s or 6×12s + 8 on Sunday

Opportunities for both day shift and night shift

Project Duration

Estimated 4–6 months for Phase 3

Potential to stay for up to 1.5+ years with strong performance

Phase 3 is expected to be 1.5× the size of Phases 1 & 2

Requirements

OSHA 10 – MANDATORY

Minimum 2 years of electrical experience

Must have hand tools & PPE

Ability to work significant overtime

Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Ability to take direction and work in a fast-paced industrial environment
